Industrial halls made of concrete precast elements

The concrete precast elements used for the building of industrial halls are manufactured according to IPCT. More other industrial hall elements may be manufactured on demand, according to client's or supplier's own projects.

Field of application:

The industrial halls, ground-floor + first floor made of concrete precast elements, may be built up having different dimensions: 24×6m, 21×6m, 18×12m, 18×9m, 18×6m, 15×12m, 15×9m, 15×6m, 12×12m, 12×9m, 12×6m.

The effective depth varies depending on the beneficiary's requirements. Moreover, concrete precast elements for halls may be produced with or without overhead crane. Macon precast elements are: "glass" type foundation made of reinforced concrete, reinforced concrete poles, bonded prestressed beams, roof elements (caisson type), precast cavity stripes, prestressed cavity strips, between 2, 4m-7,5m length and 14cm- 26 cm height.

The industrial halls with ground-floor and other types of buildings covered with light wrapping materials are produced on demand depending on the requirements of "glass" type foundation, reinforced concrete poles and bonded prestressed beams.

Handling:

The handling of the products is done by hanging, inside the mounting holes or inside the terminal lug. It's also done mechanically using a lifting device corresponding to the maximum load demand and to the span.

Transportation:

By train or by cars endowed accordingly. The precast element shall be protected against sliding and overturning and shall be fixed to the means of transport accordingly.

Storing:

It is done in adequate places, on brackets, avoiding the contamination with substances that may destroy the concrete during usage. The brackets shall be placed at adequate distances according to the length of the product.
